- Extended Camp Hours included in your registration from 7:00am to 6:00pm

Camp Coyote Summer 2025
Incredible Engineers: Buildings and Bridges – June 16-20 (No camp June 19)
Explore the science behind incredible structures at Camp Coyote! Campers will practice the design process from idea generation to creation and testing, to engineer a variety of buildings and bridges. From skyscrapers, to earthquake proof buildings, and truss to Da Vinci bridges, campers will test and evaluate and redesign just like real structural engineers!
Please note, camp will be closed on June 19th in honor of Juneteenth.
Dinosaur Dig – June 23 – 27
Uncover the incredible world of fossils and dinosaurs at Camp Coyote! Campers will experience the science of paleontology and create works of art inspired by prehistoric creatures. Form and dig for fossils, design a dinosaur, and emulate the pioneers of paleontology in this adventure of Jurassic proportions!
Oceans Exploration – June 30 – July 3 (No camp July 4)
Dive deep with Camp Coyote into the mysterious deep blue sea! We will explore the layers of the ocean, the living creatures that call it home, and the mysteries it holds. From science experiments to Ocean inspired works of art, campers will get their feet wet (metaphorically and maybe literally!) while discovering all about the blue of the planet!
Please note, camp will be closed on Friday July 4th in honor of Independence Day.
Wild About Animals – July 7-11
Gallop, fly, slither and sprint to Camp Coyote’s Wild About Animals week! From feathers to scales and paws to wings, we will be studying the amazing world of animals as Junior Zoologists. Explore incredible animal adaptations, unique habitats, and the things that make the animals of planet earth so amazing!
Detective Academy – July 14-18
There is mischief afoot at Camp Coyote! Join our detective squad and hunt for clues while practicing the skills and techniques used by the most successful detectives. Campers will build a detective tool belt and work to earn their detective badge by solving mysteries around camp.
Culinary Creations – July 21-25
Follow your nose to the Camp Coyote Kitchen for Culinary Creations week! Campers will cook up a storm, learning cooking and baking techniques, kitchen skills, and expanding their taste buds. They will assemble a cook book of recipes for each cooking adventure to take home to share and delight in at home.
Spy Kids: Camp Coyote – July 28 – August 1
It’s Mission POSSIBLE with Camp Coyote! – Clip on your utility belts and get ready for a spy adventure like no other! Build spy gadgets and study the science of spy work to complete vital missions to keep Camp Coyote joyful and fun!
Invention Convention – August 4 – 8
Inspired by the yearly challenge of the same name, campers will design their very own invention at Camp Coyote! Each day students will learn about inventors and their creations to give them inspiration for their own designs. Campers will brainstorm ideas for a new invention, design, build and test it throughout the week. They will wrap up the week with an Invention Convention where they will show off all their creative design work and unique inventions!
Puzzle Makers – August 11 – 15
Challenge your puzzle maker skills and join Camp Coyote for our Puzzle Masters week! Explore the complexities of designing riddles, mazes and brainteasers, testing and creating your own puzzles throughout the week! Their hard work will culminate in the creation of a masterful puzzle challenge they can present to friends, family and beyond!
Game & Toy Designers – August 18 – 22
Design the games and toys of your dreams at Camp Coyote! Campers will learn what it takes to make a successful game or toy – starting from the research and design phase all the way to creating and testing a product. Card games, outdoor games, and board games galore at this fun packed week of play.
